the location provided easy access to the city center i found the proximity very convenient the breakfast had a lovely selection of food with high quality ingredients the staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay i felt quite welcome

The hotel had a great location. I found the staff excellent. The room was lovely as well. The breakfast had a large selection of fresh and tasty items.
Builders worked on either side of the hotel from early morning until late at night. Daytime reception staff were not very friendly. The hotel advertised air conditioning but it was turned off .

The location was good. the room was clean. but the air conditioning seemed ineffective. it struggled to keep the room cool even when set to its lowest temperature, the staff offered no real solution to this issue. another problem i had was with the coffee machine. They charged for coffee pods?! this was unexpected and felt a bit cheap. the breakfast was okay but not special.

wonderful faresmall bathroomshower problem
breakfast provided fare to start the day, so that was acceptable.
the photo of the large bathroom showed 2 sinks and a walk-in shower, but that does not match reality. i found a small bathroom with 1 sink. the shower was also a little one located in the corner. there was not any willingness by the staff to lower the rate.
