various dishes acceptable breakfast small shower single sink
the breakfast was acceptable with various dishes offered.
The room i received did not match the photos online. The bathroom featured only one sink, and the shower was small. there was no effort made by management to adjust the rate. this inconsistency was frustrating.

city center lovely selection helpful staff
the location provided easy access to the city center i found the proximity very convenient the breakfast had a lovely selection of food with high quality ingredients the staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay i felt quite welcome
the hairdryer in the bathroom was a bit small for my liking

location good, some issues
ineffective air conditioning charged pods
The location was good. the room was clean. but the air conditioning seemed ineffective. it struggled to keep the room cool even when set to its lowest temperature, the staff offered no real solution to this issue. another problem i had was with the coffee machine. They charged for coffee pods?! this was unexpected and felt a bit cheap. the breakfast was okay but not special.

small bathroom shower problem
breakfast provided fare to start the day, so that was acceptable.
the photo of the large bathroom showed 2 sinks and a walk-in shower, but that does not match reality. i found a small bathroom with 1 sink. the shower was also a little one located in the corner. there was not any willingness by the staff to lower the rate.
